Piles Haemorrhoids, also known as piles, are natural cushions of tissue and veins located at the junction of rectum and anus. Along with the sphincter, this normal tissue is responsible for complete closure of the anus and prevents any leakage. During a bowel movement, these cushions become smaller to allow stool to pass through. Everyone has them, and problems only arise when they become larger than they should.

2. FISSURE

3. FISTULA TREATMENT
Anal fistula (or fistula-in-ano) is an abnormal connection between the epithelialised surface of the anal canal and the perianal skin. In most of the cases, surgery becomes necessary to treat an anal fistula. The aim of this type of surgery is to heal the fistula while avoiding damage to the sphincter muscles. If the outlet of these glands becomes blocked, an abscess can form on the skin surface and this is known as fistula. Its surgical treatment is VAAFT, which is an open Surgery.
